Remove and install DC/AC converter control unit - AR54.21-P-1600LW

MODEL 205 with CODE U67 (230 V socket in interior compartment)

DANGER Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof. No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving. AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
DANGER Risk of death  from touching live components with AC voltages over 30 V Do not touch live parts. Persons who have electronic implants (e.g. cardiac pacemakers) must not  perform any work on components conducting AC voltage greater than 30 V. AS54.00-Z-0001-05A

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1.1 Remove luggage compartment lining on right MODEL 205.0/1
with CODE U67 (230 V socket in interior compartment)
 
AR68.30-P-4600LW
1.2 Detach right load compartment paneling far enough to gain access to the DC/AC converter control unit (N24/3) MODEL 205.2
with CODE U67 (230 V socket in interior compartment)
 
AR68.30-P-1180LWS
2 Detach ground line of on-board electrical system battery   AR54.10-P-0003LW 
3 Unclip electrical connector (1) from holder (2)    
4 Detach electrical connection (3) from DC/AC converter control unit (N24/3)    
5 Unscrew nuts (4) and remove DC/AC converter control unit (N24/3)    
6 Detach DC/AC converter control unit (N24/3) from holder (2) When replacing DC/AC converter control unit (N24/3).  
7 Install in the reverse order
