	Remove/install
1	Move transmission to position N or into idle position
2	Remove lower engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105LW
3	Remove underfloor panels		AR61.30-P-1001LW
4	Remove front reinforcement (1)	Model 205 except code M005 (4MATIC)
		Bolt, front reinforcement to frame floor assembly	*BA61.10-P-1002-01L
5	Remove rear engine cross member	Model 205 with engine 626	AR22.10-P-1180ORB
		Model 205 with engine 177	AR22.10-P-1160MNA
		Model 205 with engine 274.9, 276, 651 Never use impact wrenches/drivers or compressed air tools for screwing in or unscrewing the screw/bolts! Otherwise the threads can get damaged.	AR22.10-P-1180LWB
6	Remove reinforcement under seat (2)	Model 205 with engine 274.9, 626, 651 Replace screw/bolts.

10	Remove heat shields (4, 5)

		Bolt, reinforcement under seat to frame floor assembly	*BA61.10-P-1005-01L
12	Remove center reinforcement (3)	Model 205 with engine 177
		Bolt, center reinforcement to frame floor assembly	*BA61.10-P-1003-01L
13	Mark propeller shaft (20)	Apply color markings identifying the position of the propeller shaft (20) relative to the flanges on the transmission and rear-axle differential, in order to be able to reproduce the factory installation position when installing.
14	Detach front flex disk (20V) from transmission and from propeller shaft (20)		AR41.10-P-0040-01LW
	Drift for releasing the fitting sleeves in the flexible couplings		WF58.50-P-4110-01A
		Replace screw/bolts.
		Flexible coupling on transmission/rear axle differential or propeller shaft	*BA41.10-P-1001-01L
		Counterholder	Fig 3
15	Mark propeller shaft center support bearing (6)	Apply color markings identifying the position of the propeller shaft center support bearing (6) relative to the frame floor assembly, in order to reproduce the plant installation position when installing.
16	Remove bolts from propeller shaft center support bearing (6)	The bolts may only be tightened securely when the propeller shaft (20) is securely fitted to the transmission and rear axle differential.

17	Detach rear flexible coupling (20H) from rear axle differential		AR41.10-P-0040-01LW
	Drift for releasing the fitting sleeves in the flexible couplings		WF58.50-P-4110-01A
		Replace screw/bolts.
		Flexible coupling on transmission/rear axle differential or propeller shaft	*BA41.10-P-1001-01L
		Counterholder	Fig 3
18	Move out propeller shaft (20) to the rear
	Check
19	Check propeller shaft center support bearing (6)	If worn or damaged: ↓ Replace propeller shaft center support bearing (6).

20	Check pilot bushing	If wear is found: ↓ Replace pilot bushing.
			AR41.10-P-0250LW
21	Check flex disks (20H, 20V)
			AP41.10-P-4152EW
22	Install in the reverse order
