2	Fill air conditioning system with nitrogen and test for leaks

		Fill system with a system pressure of 15 bar only when engine is cold. This system pressure must be maintained for at least 4 h. Fill high and low-pressure side of air conditioning with nitrogen. Temperature changes during the pressure test (e.g. through change in weather or cooling down of the engine compartment overnight) can cause pressure surges. Consistent ambient conditions must be strictly ensured.
3	Check refrigerant circuit of air conditioning for leaks using leak detection spray	Model 176, 231, 246 with code 2U8 (Refrigerant R-1234yf) If a pressure drop is determined.
		Leak detection spray If a leak is detected in the refrigerant circuit: ↓ Drain nitrogen and replace damaged refrigerant circuit components.
