1	1K Prepare 1-component adhesive cartridge		AR67.10-P-1000-12SX
		Repair kit, installing windshields, 1-component adhesive Cartridge gun, electric, and preheater	*BR00.45-Z-1135-02A

2.2	Remove left and right front water deflector	MODEL 204.2/9 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof)

4	Determine gap dimension (A) between front glass cover (1) and windshield (6) and note	Feeler gauge	Figure
5	Determine gap dimension (A) between front glass cover (1) and front glass roof (3) and note	Feeler gauge	Figure
6	Completely open glass roof (3)
7	Unhook wind deflector (5) at rear left and right mount (arrow D) and lay down toward rear
8	Mask paint surfaces on left and right next o front glass cover (1) with solid adhesive tape	To protect paint surfaces when cutting out front glass cover (1).
	Risk of injury  from cutting wire tearing or becoming hot and from splinters of glass when cutting out bonded windows	Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.	AS67.00-Z-0004-01A
9	Cut out rear glass cover (1) with cutting wire and remove from panoramic roof frame (7)	Helper required. Glass removal. Cup suction tool/suspension equipment (for window removal/installation)
	Install
10	Prepare front glass cover (1) for glazing		AR77.21-P-7010-03CW
		Do not touch bonding surfaces on inside of front glass cover (1) with bare fingers. They must be free of dust, oil, wax, dirt residues and other adhesive components. Otherwise the strength of the bonded connections can be decreased.
		Repair kit, installing windshields, 1-component adhesive Cup suction tool/suspension equipment (for window removal/installation)	*BR00.45-Z-1135-02A
11	Prepare panoramic roof frame (7) for installation of front glass cover (1)		AR77.21-P-7010-02CW
		Do not touch present adhesive beads and bonding surfaces on panoramic roof frame (7) with bare fingers and they should be free of dust, oil, grease, wax and other adhesive components or dirt residues. Otherwise the strength of the bonded connections can be decreased.
		Repair kit, installing windshields, 1-component adhesive Wet and dry vacuum cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1135-02A
12	Apply adhesive material to front glass cover (1)		AR77.21-P-7010-04CW
		Do not touch bonding surfaces on inside of front glass cover (1) with bare fingers. They must be free of dust, oil, wax, dirt residues and other adhesive components. Otherwise the strength of the bonded connections can be decreased.

13	Glaze front glass cover (1)		AR77.21-P-7010-05CW
		Insert front glass cover (1) within 5 minutes after applying adhesive to body and align. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material may be decreased. Use weights with large surfaces such as sandbags to put load on front glass cover (1). Otherwise the front glass cover (1) can be damaged. Observe gap dimensions (A, B) and transitions (C). The front glass cover (1) must be flush on the left and right with the glass roof (3).

14	Remove feeler gauges	Remove feeler gauges only after adhesive material has cured. Otherwise the gap dimensions (A, B) and transitions (C) can change.
