	Remove/install
	Risk of poisoning  from swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  from skin and eye contact with brake fluid	Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.	AS42.50-Z-0001-01A

1	Remove cover (1)
2	Eliminate vacuum in BAS brake booster (A77)	Operate brake pedal several times with engine switched off.
3	Pull check valve (7) out of BAS brake booster (A7/7)	Replace rubber seal on BAS brake booster (A7/7).
4	Suction off brake fluid from brake fluid expansion reservoir (2)
5	Detach brake lines (5) from master brake cylinder (6)	Retaining screw, brake line to master brake cylinder	*BA42.10-P-1003-04L

6	Disconnect electrical connector from brake fluid level switch (S11)
7	Disconnect electrical connection (3) from brake vacuum sensor (B64/1)
8	Remove left cover below dashboard		AR68.10-P-1500RK
9	Detach electrical connector from brake light switch (S91)
10	Remove safety screw (11)	The safety screw (11) must be replaced. Stud for thrust rod	*BA29.10-P-1002-02D
11	Unscrew nuts (8) from BAS brake booster (A7/7)	Nut, brake pedal assembly to body	*BA29.10-P-1001-02D
12	Remove BAS brake booster (A7/7)	Do not deform brake lines (5). Otherwise, the brake lines (5) must be replaced. Do not damage the boot (14) when removing and installing BAS brake booster (A7/7). Otherwise the BAS brake booster (A7/7) must be replaced. When removing the BAS brake booster (A7/7) carefully press the brake lines (5) to one side. Install new seal (13).
13	Remove master brake cylinder (6)	When replacing the BAS brake booster (A7/7).	AR42.10-P-0300RK
14	Install in the reverse order
	Check
15	Check brake system for leaks		AR42.10-P-0100-01V
16	Carry out brake test on the test stand		AP42.00-P-4290BA
