DANGER Risk of death  when touching components on vehicles with high-voltage on-board electrical system Do not touch components and open lines of the high-voltage on-board electrical system. Persons who wear electronic implants (e.g. cardiac pacemakers), must not  carry out any work on high-voltage on-board electrical systems. AS54.00-Z-0001-01A
DANGER Risk of injury  to skin or eyes from hydraulic fluid spraying out under pressure. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing hydraulic fluid. Depressurize hydraulic system completely before starting any work on it. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. AS00.00-Z-0013-01A
NOTES Note on high-voltage on-board electrical system   AH54.00-P-0010-01A
IMPORTANT Notes on automatic transmission   AH27.19-P-0001-01NKB
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Perform disable for the high-voltage on-board electrical system   AR54.10-P-1150LF
2 Remove engine compartment paneling   AR61.20-P-1105LF
CLEAN Clean     
3 Clean the corresponding oil line (1r, 1v) and its surroundings in the area of the connections on the transmission and oil cooler (2) IMPORTANT Each oil line (1r, 1v) can be removed separately.  
4 Detach double clamps (3) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt of transmission oil line clamp *BA27.10-P-1026-04G 
5 Detach clamp (4) from the oil pan When removing the oil line (1v)
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, bracket for transmission oil line to engine oil pan		 *BA27.10-P-1011-04G 
6 Detach corresponding oil line (1r, 1v) from oil cooler (2) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Replace seal.
IMPORTANT Collect escaping transmission oil in a suitable container and seal connections with SPECIAL TOOL stop plugs.		 AR27.10-P-0501-03LF

7 Remove appropriate screw/bolt (5) and pull oil line (1r, 1v) out of transmission INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Replace seal.
IMPORTANT Collect escaping transmission oil in a suitable container and seal connections with SPECIAL TOOL stop plugs.		  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, transmission oil line to transmission *BA27.10-P-1009-04G 
    SPECIAL TOOL Record plug Figure
8 Remove oil line (1r, 1v) to rear NOTES
Do not permanently deform oil line (1r, 1v). Otherwise damage and leakage can occur.		  
9 Install in the reverse order    
10 Fill automatic transmission with transmission oil.   AR27.00-P-0270EH
