Remove/install rear air conditioner housing - AR83.50-P-9020LF

	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
	Remove/install
1	Drain air conditioning system		AR83.30-P-1760LF
2	Lift vehicle on vehicle lift
3	Remove right underfloor paneling		AR61.30-P-1001LF
4	Remove right fender liner from front fender		AR88.10-P-1300LF
5	Drain coolant	MODEL 222.0/1/9 with ENGINE 157, 276.9, 278, 642 with CODE 582 (Rear air conditioner)	AR20.00-P-1142LF
6	Remove coolant hoses (8) from coolant lines (9)	Collect escaping coolant in a suitable vessel.
7	Lower vehicle
8	Remove center console		AR68.20-P-2000LF
9	Remove matting (2) from rear air conditioner housing (1)
10	Expose wiring harness (5) at rear air conditioner housing (1)
11	Move driver and front passenger seat into the front most position
12	Disconnect actuator motor electrical connectors (7) and temperature sensor electrical connectors (6)
13	Remove screw/bolt (3) and disconnect refrigerant lines connector (4) with refrigerator lines	Replace sealing rings of refrigerant lines.
14	Remove screws/bolts (10) and disconnect refrigerant lines connector (11) of coolant lines	Install sealing rings of coolant lines. Collect escaping coolant in a suitable vessel. Bolt, flange to rear A/C	*BA83.30-P-1010-01P
15	Press carpet in area of rear air conditioner housing (1) to one side
16	Remove screws/bolts (12) at side at rear air conditioner housing (1)
17	Remove rear air conditioner housing (1) from vehicle	Make sure that the vehicle interior is not soiled by escaping coolant.
18	Install in the reverse order
