	Remove/install
1	Remove engine cover
2	Remove air filter housing on the left or right	MODEL 217, 222 with ENGINE 279 with CODE 460 (Canada version) with CODE 494 (US version) MODEL 222 with ENGINE 277 with CODE 460 (Canada version) with CODE 494 (US version)	AR09.10-P-1150MUC
		MODEL 217 with ENGINE 279 without CODE 460 (Canada version) without CODE 494 (US version) MODEL 222 with ENGINE 277, 279 without CODE 460 (Canada version) without CODE 494 (US version)	AR09.10-P-1150MUB
3	Drain coolant of the low-temperature circuit		AR09.41-P-6834MUB
4	Detach charge air hose (1) on the left or the right at charge air cooler (2)	Check charge air hose (1) and hose clamps for damage. Clean and degrease inside of charge air hose (1) as well as its connection fitting at charge air cooler (2).
5	Detach charge air line (3) on charge air cooler (2) of left or right	Check charge air line (3) and hose clamps for damage. Clean and degrease charge air line (3) inside as well the connection fitting at charge air cooler (2).
6	Disconnect electrical connection (5)	When removing the right charge air cooler (2).
7	Remove screw/bolts (8)	Screw/bolt, charge air cooler to cylinder head cover	*BA09.41-P-1001-01Q
8	Detach coolant hoses on fitting (9) for charge air cooler (2) on the left or right	Check coolant hoses on the fittings (9) and check hose clamp for damage.
9	Lift charge air cooler (2) on the left or right
10	Remove vacuum line (4) from charge air cooler (2)	When removing the right charge air cooler (2). Replace cable tie.
11	Detach air line (6) on charge air cooler (2)	When removing the right charge air cooler (2).
12	Unclip electrical connections (7) on charge air cooler (2) on left or right
13	Remove charge air cooler (2) on the left or right
14	Install in the reverse order
15	Venting air from low-temperature circuit		AR20.00-P-1142-04A
	Check
16	Check low-temperature circuit for leaktightness		AR09.41-P-1010MUB
