	Check
1	Check vehicle body and detachable parts for damage and completeness	Dent/deformation, component missing, crack/scratch, other damage. If there are problems: ↓ Rectify the damage, subject to separate repair order, if necessary.
2	Check vehicle paintwork for damage and check vehicle body for corrosion	The main complaints are in the areas of the body edges (B) and areas (C) subject to stone chippings. Damage to the vehicle paintwork are, e.g.: Stone chipping, scratch, environmental influences, paint peeling off. If there are problems: ↓ Proceed in accordance with the country-specific regulations for mobility and body shell complaints subject to separate repair order.

3	Check exterior lights glazing for damage	Water entry, reflector dull, component missing, corrosion, crack/scratch, other damage. If there are problems: ↓ Rectify the damage, subject to separate repair order, if necessary.
