| 1 | Remove rear roller sun blind motor for panoramic roof | AR77.21-P-0492LF | |
| 2 | Open cable tie (2) on right side of panoramic roof | ||
| 3 | Remove electrical wiring harness (3) from right guide tube (4) (arrow A) | ||
| 4 | Unscrew bolts (5, 6, 7) from left and right side of panoramic roof | ||
| 5 | Unscrew bolts (8) on left and right side of panoramic roof frame, remove guide rails (9) with roller sun blind (1) and remove from vehicle | ||
| 6 | Lay guide rails (9) with roller sun blind (1) with bottom side up down on clean base | ||
| 7 | Remove locking pin (arrow B) with punch Ø 2 mm from left and right guide rail (9) | ||
| 8 | Turn over guide rails (9) with roller sun blind (1) and lay down with top pointing upward | ||
| 9 | Pull roller sun blind (1) on roller sun blind strip (1.1) toward rear out of guide rails (9) until at both sides of roller sun blind (1) the drive cable mounts (1.2) and the drive cable drivers 10) are accessible | ||
| 10 | Pull left and right drive cable driver (10) out of drive cable mounts (1.2) and remove roller sun blind (1) | ||
| Install | |||
| 11 | Position roller sun blind (1) with both roller sun blind bearings (1.3) on guide rails (9) and hook both drive cable drivers (10) into drive cable mounts (1.2) | ||
| 12 | Hook catch hook (1.4) on left and right roller bearing (1.3) into roller rails (11) | ||
| 13 | Press catch hook (1.5) into roller bearings (1.3) | ||
| 14 | Push both roller bearings (1.3) together with roller rails (11) into guide rails (9) | Ensure that catch hooks (1.5) arrest in front cutout (arrow C) of corresponding guide rail (9). Otherwise a teach-in run for the automatic reversing function of the panoramic roof is not possible later. |

| 15 | Turn guide rails (9) with roller sun blind (1) and lay down with top pointing upward | ||
| 16 | Install locking pin (arrow B) in both guide rails (9) | ||
| 17 | Position guide rails (9) with roller sun blind (1) on panoramic roof frame and screw in bolts (8) on left and right side of panoramic roof up to end stop | ||
| 18 | Screw in bolts (5, 6, 7) on left and right side of panoramic roof up to end stop | ||
| 19 | Close roller sun blind (1) by hand | ||
| 20 | Tighten bolts (5, 6, 7, 8) on left and right side of panoramic roof | Install guide rails (9) with roller sun blind (1) free of tension. Otherwise guide rails (9) install can cause noises when actuating the roller sun blind (1). |
