	Remove/install
1	Remove AC housing (2)		AR83.30-P-5200GQ
2	Remove instrument panel carrier from air conditioner housing (2)		AR68.10-P-1111GQ
3	Disconnect electrical lines (3) from actuator motors and unclip from air conditioner housing (2) and air duct housing (4a, 4b) and remove	The number of electrical lines (3) depends on the vehicle equipment. Ensure that electrical lines (3) are routed correctly on air conditioner housing (2) and air duct housing (4a, 4b).
4	Remove air ducting (5)
5	Remove gasket (9)
6	Remove bolts (7)
7	Unclip bracket (8) from air conditioner housing (2)
8	Remove air duct housing (4a, 4b) from air conditioner housing (2)
9	Remove combination filter		AP83.00-P-8384GZ
10	Remove combination filter housing upper section (6a) from combination filter housing lower section (6b)	Ensure that seal is seated correctly on combination filter housing (6a, 6b).
11	Remove combination filter housing lower section (6b) from air duct housing (4a, 4b)
12	Remove combination filter housing upper section (4a) from combination filter housing lower section (4b)
13	Pull evaporator (1) upward out of combination filter housing lower section (4b) and remove
14	Install in the reverse order
