| 2 | Remove upper engine cover | ||
| 3 | Detach charge air pipes on turbocharger | AR09.41-P-8620GQC | |
| 4 | Unfasten clamp (2) from charge air cooler (1) at throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
| 5 | Detach charge air cooler (1) and pull to the front with attached coolant hoses | AR09.41-P-6819GQC | |
| 6 | Disconnect electrical connection (M16/6x1) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
| 7 | Remove screw/bolt (3) | *BA09.20-P-1004-01T | |
| 8 | Take throttle valve actuator (M16/6) out of the engine compartment | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 10 | Read out fault memory using the diagnostic system and clear if necessary | ||
