| 1 | Remove charge air hose upstream of the charge air cooler (1) at the charge air cooler (1) | ENGINE 651 | AR09.41-P-8619CD |

| 2 | Remove charge air hose downstream of the charge air cooler (1) at the charge air cooler (1) | ENGINE 651 | AR09.41-P-8619CD |
| ENGINE 642 | AR09.41-P-8625OGR | ||
| 3 | Remove front bumper | AR88.20-P-2000GQ | |
| 4 | Remove console (4) | ||
| 5 | Pull charge air cooler (1) out of the upper mount (2) | ||
| 6 | Tilt charge air cooler (1) towards the front and remove from bumper (3) | ||
| 7 | Install in the reverse order | ||
