	Remove/install
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by handling hot or glowing objects.	Wear safety gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses, if necessary.	AS00.00-Z-0002-01A
	Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts	Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts. Deburr repair panels.	AS00.00-Z-0017-01A

1	Secure vehicle to prevent it rolling away and release parking brake
2	Remove rear reinforcement brace	Model 204 with engine, 272, 642, model 207 with engine 272, 273, 642

3.1	Remove center heat shield (6)	Model 204.0/2/3, model 207 If necessary, loosen underfloor paneling.
3.2	Remove heat shields in area of underfloor paneling	Model 204.9	AR41.10-P-0050CW
4	Press back center separation point (2) using assembly and unhook center brake cable (1)	Do not unhook center brake cable (1) with pliers as otherwise the rubber guard may be damaged. Ensure that the surface in the area of the center separation point (2) on the propeller shaft tunnel does not have any scratches, cracks or notches as otherwise corrosion damage may occur.

7	Unhook rear left brake cable from center brake cable (1) at left rear separation point (8)
8	Remove rubber retainer (9) from right rear separation point (5)
9	Unhook center brake cable (1) from right rear separation point (5) and remove
10	Install in the reverse order
11	Adjust parking brake	Model 204	AR42.20-P-0540CW
