Remove/install engine charge air channel downstream of charge air cooler - AR09.41-P-8624CD

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
DANGER Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1 Remove throttle valve actuator (M166)   AR09.41-P-1321CD 
2 Remove bottom sections of soundproofing MODEL 166 AR61.30-P-1001GQ
    MODEL 172.4 AR94.30-P-5300W
    MODEL 204.0/2/3, 207, 212, 218 AR94.30-P-5300EW
    MODEL 204.9 AR61.20-P-1105CY
    Model 221 except code Z07 (Highest protection) AR61.20-P-1105SX
3 Remove charge air hose to charge air duct (6)   AR09.41-P-1311-01AL 
    IMPORTANT To do this open coupling and detach charge air hose to charge air duct (6).
IMPORTANT Small oil quantities in the charge air hose come from the crankcase ventilation and are permissible.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Check sealing ring (3) for damage and replace if necessary.
 
4 Remove charge air temperature sensor (B178)   AR09.41-P-2002CD 
    INSTALLATION IMPORTANT B17 The charge air temperature sensor (8) must be replaced if there are defective snap-in brackets.  
5 Remove screw/bolt (5) and lead out charge air duct (6) to the rear IMPORTANT Slight quantities of oil in the charge air duct (6) come from the crankcase ventilation and are permissible.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Check hose clamps (3) for damage; replace if necessary.
 
6 Install in the reverse order
