	Remove/install
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Remove throttle valve actuator (M166)		AR09.41-P-1321CD
2	Remove bottom sections of soundproofing	MODEL 166	AR61.30-P-1001GQ

3	Remove charge air hose to charge air duct (6)		AR09.41-P-1311-01AL
		To do this open coupling and detach charge air hose to charge air duct (6). Small oil quantities in the charge air hose come from the crankcase ventilation and are permissible. Check sealing ring (3) for damage and replace if necessary.
4	Remove charge air temperature sensor (B178)		AR09.41-P-2002CD
		B17 The charge air temperature sensor (8) must be replaced if there are defective snap-in brackets.
5	Remove screw/bolt (5) and lead out charge air duct (6) to the rear	Slight quantities of oil in the charge air duct (6) come from the crankcase ventilation and are permissible. Check hose clamps (3) for damage; replace if necessary.
6	Install in the reverse order
