Remove/Install Instrument Cluster - AR54.30-P-6015GQ

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
NOTES Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge   AH54.00-P-0001-01A
1 Connect Star Diagnosis and perform initial startup of instrument cluster (A1) When replacing the instrument cluster (A1) AD00.00-P-2000-04A
2 Move steering wheel to rear and down    
3 Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key from electronic ignition lock control unit IMPORTANT On vehicles with code (889) Keyless Go: Press keyless go start/stop button repeatedly until ignition is switched off. Remove transmitter key from vehicle and store it in a location beyond its transmission range (at least 2 m).  
4 Remove let trim strip from dashboard   AR68.10-P-1180GQ
5 Unclip covering (2) from lower panel of instrument panel SPECIAL TOOL Fig 2
6 Remove bolts (3) from instrument cluster (A1)    
7 Unclip instrument cluster (A1) from instrument panel SPECIAL TOOL Fig 2
8 Detach electrical connectors from instrument cluster (A1)    
9 Remove instrument cluster (A1)    
10 Install in the reverse order
