	Remove
	Risk of injury . Moving parts can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases even sever extremities.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area of the mechanism when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0009-01A
1	Remove engine charge air channel upstream of charge air cooler		AR09.41-P-8623OGR
	Remove/install
2	Remove bracket for impact plate at timing case cover
3	Loosen poly-V belt (1) and remove
			WF58.50-P-1325-02A
		Turn poly-V belt tensioning device (2) in direction "RELEASE" and lock in place with a drift. Do not use belt wax or similar products. This leads to slipping of the poly-V belt (1).
	Check
4	Check profile of belt pulley and poly-V belt tensioning device (2) for damage and soiling and replace if necessary
5	Check poly-V belt (1) for wear and damage and replace if necessary	When laying on poly-V belt (1), the routing diagram must be observed:

6	Install in the reverse order
	Remove/install
7	Tighten poly-V belt tensioning device (2) and lock in place with a pin
			WF58.50-P-1325-02A
		Turn poly-V belt tensioning device (2) in direction "RELEASE" and lock in place with a drift.
8	Remove bolt (3) for poly-V belt tensioning device (2)	Screw/bolt, poly-V belt tensioning device to cylinder crankcase	*BA13.25-P-1001-01T
9	Remove poly-V belt tensioning device (2)
	Check
10	Check poly-V belt tensioning device (2) for damage and soiling and replace if necessary
11	Remove pin and detension poly-V belt tensioning device (2)	When replacing poly-V belt tensioning device (2)
12	Install in the reverse order
	Remove/install
13	Loosen poly-V belt (1)
			WF58.50-P-1325-02A
		Turn poly-V belt tensioning device (2) in direction "RELEASE" and lock in place with a drift.
14	Remove guide pulleys (4)	To do this remove cover on the guide pulley (4) and remove underlying bolt.
14	Remove guide pulleys (4)	Screw/bolt, poly-V belt tensioning device to oil pan	*BA13.25-P-1002-01T
15	Install in the reverse order
	Install
16	Install engine charge air channel upstream of charge air cooler		AR09.41-P-8623OGR
	Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
17	Carry out an engine test run
