1 Read out coding from parking system control unit (N62) When replacing parking system control unit (N62)  
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS     AD00.00-P-2000-04A
2.1 Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key from electronic ignition lock control unit TYP 166
with CODE 220 (Parktronic-System (PTS)) auser CODE 889 (KEYLESS-GO)
 
2.2 Detach KEYLESS GO start-stop button from electronic ignition lock control unit TYP 166
with CODE 220 (Parktronic-System (PTS))
with CODE 889 (KEYLESS-GO)
 
3.1 Remove left rear seat backrest TYP 166.0
with CODE 220 (Parktronic-System (PTS))

3.2 Fold back left rear seat TYP 166.8
with CODE 220 (Parktronic-System (PTS))
 
4 Fold up left seat cushion TYP 166.0
with CODE 220 (Parktronic-System (PTS))
 
5 Remove left rear door sill molding   AR68.30-P-4100GQ
6.1 Lift floor covering TYP 166.0
with CODE 220 (Parktronic-System (PTS))

6.2 Remove side paneling in left side of luggage compartment TYP 166.8
with CODE 220 (Parktronic-System (PTS))

7 Separate electrical connections (1)    
8 Unscrew nuts (2)    
9 Remove parking system control unit (N62)    
10 Install in the reverse order
