	Remove/install
	Risk of burn injuries and scalding  when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury  to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing AdBlue	Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system. 1	Drain AdBlue® container (1)		AR14.40-P-2014-02GQ
		ENGINE 642 in MODEL 166.8 with CODE U42 (BlueTEC diesel exhaust treatment (SCR)) ENGINE 642, 651 in MODEL 166.0 with CODE U42 (BlueTEC diesel exhaust treatment (SCR))	*BF14.40-P-1001-01A
2	Remove right fender liner in the rear right rear fender		AR88.10-P-1400GQ
	Clean
3	Clean filler neck (2a) and lines (2b, 2c) in the area of the connecting points	Dirt must not be allowed to find its way into the emission control system. Damage and malfunctions can occur otherwise.
4	Unlock filler neck (2a) and pull out of hose fitting	Close off connections immediately; dirt must not be allowed to find its way into the emission control system.. Damage and malfunctions can occur otherwise.

5	Unlock line (2b) and detach from AdBlue® container (1)	Close off connections immediately; dirt must not be allowed to find its way into the emission control system.. Damage and malfunctions can occur otherwise.

6	Unlock line (2c) and detach from line (2d)	Close off connections immediately; dirt must not be allowed to find its way into the emission control system.. Damage and malfunctions can occur otherwise.

7	Release and disconnect AdBlue® (A103/1x1) tank module electrical connection and AdBlue® (A103/2x1) delivery module electrical connection
8	Remove cover (1a) for AdBlue® container (1)
9	Open bracket (3h) and remove line (3)	Handle line (3) carefully. The fitting (4s) on the AdBlue® (A103/2) delivery module can break off otherwise!
10	Support AdBlue® container (1)	Transmission jack Transmission platform
11	Remove mounting frame bow (1h) and remove screw/bolts (1s)	Nut/ Bolt, AdBlue® tank to body	*BA14.40-P-1001-02A
12	Lower AdBlue® container (1) somewhat	Lower AdBlue®-container (1) carefully by a maximum of 5 cm. The fitting (4s) on the AdBlue® (A103/2) delivery module can break off otherwise!
13	Release and disconnect AdBlue® (A103/1x4) tank module pressure line heating element electrical connection 1
14	Unlock line (3) and detach from fitting (4s) on the AdBlue® (A103/2) delivery module	Close off connections immediately; dirt must not be allowed to find its way into the emission control system.. Damage and malfunctions can occur otherwise.

15	Lower and remove AdBlue® container (1) and remove from transmission jack
16	Install in the reverse order
