Remove/install camshaft Hall sensor - AR15.10-P-2000GW

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Open engine hood   AR88.40-P-1000GG
2.1 Remove front right or left section of the engine cover When removing intake camshaft Hall sensor (B6/4, B6/5)  
2.2 Detach engine air intake duct upstream of air filter When removing exhaust camshaft Hall sensor (B6/6, B6/7)  
3 Detach purge line (1) from cylinder head cover When removing the Hall sensor on the left of the intake camshaft (B6/4).  
4 Unlock electrical connection and detach from respective Hall sensor (B6/4, B6/5, B6/6, B6/7)    
5 Remove screw/bolt (2) and pull respective Hall sensor (B6/4, B6/5, B6/6, B6/7) out of the cylinder head cover INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Replace sealing ring.  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA15.10-P-1006-03E 
6 Install in the reverse order    
7 Read out fault memory with STAR DIAGNOSIS and erase if necessary   AD00.00-P-2000-04A
DANGER Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

8 Carry out engine test run, checking the engine for proper operation and leaks
