	Remove/Install
	Risk of death cased by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Lift/jack up vehicle		AR00.60-P-1000G
2	Remove underride guard	Type 463.270
2	Remove underride guard	Model 463.271 with underride guard in stainless steel AMG.	AR88.30-P-0010MG
3	Remove front grille (1)		AR88.00-P-2115GM
4	Remove fan shroud		AR20.40-P-6800GX
	Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A

6	Detach coolant hoses (4, 5)
	Danger of injury to eyes from steering oil emerging at high pressure. Danger of poisoning from swallowing steering oil	Unscrew end limit screws maximum 5 turns. Wear safety glasses.	AS46.00-Z-0001-01A
7	Remove the cooling line of the power steering system (3)		AR46.25-P-3010GR
8	Unscrew nuts (7).	Installation: Tighten the nuts (7) carefully. Check the buffer on the left and right; replace if necessary.
9	Remove low temperature cooler (2)	Lift low temperature cooler (2) up and out of the rubber mounts (8) and take out to the front.
10	Install in the reverse order
11	Inspect cooling system for leaks		AR20.00-P-1010RVK
