Replace brake hoses - AR42.10-P-0013GG

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
DANGER Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
DANGER Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes. Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid. AS42.50-Z-0001-01A
DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by handling hot or glowing objects. Wear safety gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses, if necessary. AS00.00-Z-0002-01A

    IMPORTANT Seal all open connections immediately using stop plugs, the brake fluid reservoir must not run empty.  
1 Raise vehicle with vehicle lift    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR Lift/jack up vehicle   AR00.60-P-1000G
  at front axle     
2 Detach brake lines (5, 6) from brake hose (51) MPECIAL TOOL Figure

TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA42.10-P-1001-04B 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA42.10-P-1002-04B 
3 Pry out clamps (52)    
4 Pull brake hose (51) out of rubber holders (53)    
  On rear axle with disk brakes     
5 Detach brake line (2) from brake hose (1) MPECIAL TOOL Figure

TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA42.10-P-1001-04B 
6 Unscrew brake hose (1) from floating brake caliper TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA42.10-P-1005-04B 
  On rear axle with drum brakes     
7 Detach upper and lower brake line (3) from brake hose (4) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Check retaining springs (7) are correctly seated.

TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA42.10-P-1001-04B 
8 Pull brake hose (4) out of rubber holders (8)    
9 Install in the reverse order    
10 Bleed brake system   AR42.10-P-0010GG
