1	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key (A8/1) or KEYLESS-GO start/stop button (S2/3) from electronic ignition lock control unit (N73)	KEYLESS-GO start/stop button only on vehicles with code (889) Keyless-Go.
2	Unclip cover (2)	Model 204.0/2/3, 212 without code (301) Ashtray package/smoker package or Model 204.9 without code (301) Ashtray package/smoker package and without code (864) Rear entertainment system

		Installation: First attach cover (2) at bottom.
3	Remove DVD player bracket (A40/4)	For model 204.9 with code (864) Rear entertainment system	AR82.60-P-7506CY
4	Open armrest (3) and release catch hooks (5) at air vent (1)	Release of catch hooks (5) with two blind rivets (4) is shown as an example. Other suitable tools or objects with a diameter of approx. 2 mm and a length of approx. 40 mm can be used.
5	Remove air vent (1) upwards from center console and disconnect electrical connectors (6)
6	Disconnect electrical connectors (7) at rear automatic air conditioning operating unit (N22/4)	On vehicles with code (581) Comfort automatic air conditioning
7	Remove rear AAC operating unit (N22/4)	For vehicles with code (581) Comfort automatic air conditioning when replacing air vent.	AR83.40-P-6350ELH
8	Install in the reverse order
