1	Buffer basic data from SDAR/high definition tuner control unit (N87/8) in Star Diagnosis	When replacing SDAR/high definition tuner control unit (N87/8). Copy buffered basic data to new SDAR control unit/high definition tuner (N87/8).	AD00.00-P-2000-04A
2	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key or KEYLESS-GO start/stop button from electronic ignition lock control unit	KEYLESS-GO start/stop button only on vehicles with code (889) Keyless-Go.
3.1	Remove maintenance flap (1) from left side paneling (2)	Only for vehicles without code (489) AIRmatic (air suspension with continuous adjustment damping) and/or for vehicles without code (432) Left and right dynamic multicontour seat
3.2	Remove pneumatic pump for dynamic seat control	Only for vehicles with code (432) Left and right dynamic multicontour seat	AR91.25-P-1580EW
3.3	Remove AIRmatic central reservoir	Only for vehicles with code (489) AIRmatic (air suspension with continuous adjustment damping) Place air reservoir with connected air-operated line to one side Observe routing of pneumatic line.	AR32.22-P-2017EW
4	Unscrew nuts (3)
5	Remove bracket (4) with SDAR/high definition tuner control unit (N87/8) and lay down to side with electrical lines connected	Observe routing of wiring harness.
6	Disconnect electrical connector (5)
7	Detach electrical connector with fiber optic cable (6) and cover up unit connection on the SDAR/high definition tuner control unit (N87/8)

8	Remove bracket (4) with SDAR/high definition tuner control unit (N87/8)
9	Unscrew nut (7) from bracket (4) and remove SDAR/high definition tuner control unit (N87/8)	When replacing the bracket (4) or the SDAR/high definition tuner control unit (N87/8).
10	Install in the reverse order
