	Remove/install
1	Remove left or right rear seat cushion		AR91.12-P-1020EL
2	Unscrew bolt (3) from rear belt end fitting (4)		*BA91.40-P-1014-01Q
3	Detach edge guard (5) in area of upper C-pillar paneling (1) and lower C-pillar paneling (2)
4	Unclip cover (6) (arrow A), turn 90° in direction of arrow (arrow B) and remove	Long wedge	Figure
5	Unscrew nut (7)
6	Unclip roller blind guide rail (8) stating at top from upper C-pillar paneling (1) and lower C-pillar paneling (2) and remove.	On vehicles with code (540) Electric roller blind for rear window First hook roller sun blind guide rail (8) into cutout in lower C-pillar paneling (2) (arrow D). At the same time, insert driver (13) of roller sun blind (14) into opening (arrow E).
7	Remove upper C-pillar paneling (1) (arrows C) and remove	Long wedge Ensure that check strap of upper C-pillar trim (1) is seated correctly at threaded pin.	Figure
8	Unscrew bolt (9)
9	Unclip C-pillar paneling (2) form catch hook (10)
10	Swivel lower C-pillar trim (2) in upper area in direction of vehicle center
11	Carefully press down cover with padding of rear seat backrest in area of lower C-pillar trim (2) until lower C-pillar trim (2) can be removed
12	Pull lower C-pillar trim (2) towards front out of rear shelf panel (11)	Carefully position C-pillar paneling (2) in area of rear window, otherwise the electrical leads and the contact on the rear window can be damaged. Insert guides (12) of lower C-pillar trim (2) into corresponding supports of rear shelf panel (11) using the extraction hook.

13	Guide seat belt through lower C-pillar trim (2) and remove lower C-pillar trim (2)
14	Install in the reverse order
