Replace brake hoses - AR42.10-P-0013NKB

DANGER Risk of poisoning  from swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  from skin and eye contact with brake fluid Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid. AS42.50-Z-0001-01A

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Detach corresponding complete wheel    
REFER TO MAINTENANCE AP40.10-P-4050AK
  Remove front brake hose (2)     
2 Detach front brake hose (2) on front brake line (3) and seal front brake line (3) with plug INSTALLATION NOTES
Install front brake hose (2) without any chafing and free of torsion.
The front brake hose (2) will otherwise be damaged.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure that retaining clamp is correctly seated.
 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Retaining screw, brake line to brake hose *BA42.10-P-1001-04L 
SPECIAL TOOL Record plug Fig 2
3 Open mounting clip and take front brake hose (2) out of bracket (4)    
4 Detach front brake hose (2) from front brake caliper (1) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Brake hose to fixed or floating caliper on front axle *BA42.10-P-1002-04L 
  Remove rear brake hose (6)     
5 Detach rear brake hose (6) on rear brake line (7) and seal rear brake line (7) with plug INSTALLATION NOTES
Install rear brake hose (6) without any chafing and free of torsion.
Otherwise, the rear brake hose (6) will be damaged.
NOTES Seal the connections immediately to avoid damage being caused by brake fluid running out. The rear brake caliper (5) must not run empty.
The rear brake caliper (5) must otherwise be replaced.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure that retaining clamp is correctly seated.
 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Retaining screw, brake line to brake hose *BA42.10-P-1001-04L 
SPECIAL TOOL Record plug Fig 2
6 Detach rear brake hose (6) from rear brake caliper (5) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Brake hose to fixed or floating caliper on rear axle *BA42.10-P-1006-04L 
7 Install in the reverse order    
8 Bleed brake system   AR42.10-P-0010NKB
