Remove/install spring control arm on front axle - AR33.15-P-0170SYZ

	Remove/install
		When working on the front-end assembly, be careful not to scratch, mark or notch the surfaces of aluminum parts. Otherwise the service life of the parts will be affected
		Only tighten bolts and nuts of the chassis components when in ready-to-drive condition.
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
	Notes on AIRmatic		AH32.22-P-1000-02SX
1	Release pressure in suspension strut (40) completely using STAR DIAGNOSIS
2	Remove front wheel
	Remove/install wheels		AP40.10-P-4050SX
3	Remove engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105SX
4	Unscrew nut (1) and press suspension strut (40) out of spring control arm (17)		AR32.25-P-1017SYZ
5	Loosen nut (17c)	Do not twist bolt (17a). Always counterhold the bolt (17a) when slackening the nut (17c), otherwise the lock tabs for camber adjustment in the rubber mount (17d) will be sheared off. Screw nut (17c) of bolt (17a) all the way on until it abuts, but do not tighten yet so that the rubber mount (17d) can twist when the vehicle is rocked to settle the suspension. Do not tighten nut (17c) until in ready-to-drive condition.

6	Detach spring control arm (17) from steering knuckle (3) and remove downward		AR33.15-P-0170-01SX

7	Check rubber mount (17d) in spring control arm (17) for damage	Replace rubber bushing (17d), if necessary: ↓
		Extract/press in rubber mount on spring control arm.	AR33.15-P-0170-02SX

8	Check rubber boot and ball joint in spring control arm (17) for damage	Replace spring control arm (17) if necessary.
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Perform wheel alignment check		AR40.20-P-0200SX
