| Extracting oil | |||
| Before opening the hydraulic system, thoroughly clean the area surrounding the separation point. Even the smallest dirt particles, introduced into the hydraulic components, can lead to malfunctions and a total failure of the hydraulic system | |||
| 1 | Connect pump (2) with vacuum connection to the reservoir (3) | ||
| 2 | Connect plastic hose to pressure fitting (1) and slide through the oil filler pipe completely down into the oil pan | ||
| 3 | Operate pump (2) | ||
| Flushing | |||
| 4 | Connect pump (2) with pressure fitting (1) to reservoir (3) | ||
| 5 | Fill reservoir (3) with transmission oil | ||
| 6 | Connect plastic hose to pressure fitting (1) and, using a corresponding connector (4), screw onto one of the two oil cooling lines (5 or 6) and flush out with transmission oil | ||
| Automatic transmission fluids (ATF, Sheet 236.10) | BB00.40-P-0236-10A | ||
| 7 | Connect second plastic hose to the other oil cooling line (5 or 6) and collect transmission oil which flows out | ||
| 8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 9 | Fill transmission with gear oil |
