Remove/install crank window in front door - AR72.10-P-1900SC

| The power window motor should not be supplied with power directly to prevent damage. | |||
| 1 | Remove door foil from left or right front door | AR72.10-P-1010SC | |
| 2 | Loosen inner sealing rail (2) from inner door panel (3). | AR72.10-P-1610SC | |
| 3 | Mask off upper edge of inner door panel (3) with suitable textile adhesive tape (4). | ||
| 4 | Connect driver power window, outside mirror and trunk lid switch group to left door control unit or front passenger power window switch to right door control unit. | ||
| 5 | Switch on ignition and raise crank window (1) until bolts (5) are accessible. | ||
| 6 | Switch off ignition and withdraw transmitter key or Keyless Go start/stop button from the EIS [EZS] control unit | ||
| 7 | Remove bolts (5) | ||
| 8 | Raise crank window (1) and remove from door shaft toward rear. | ||
| Install | |||
| 9 | Install crank window (1) in door shaft, insert into mounts on power window and screw in bolts (5) up to stop. | ||
| 10 | Remove textile adhesive tape (4). | ||
| 11 | Install inner sealing rail (2) | AR72.10-P-1610SC | |
| 12 | Adjust crank window (1) | AR72.10-P-1950SC | |
| 13 | Install door foil | AR72.10-P-1010SC |
