Remove/install bass module speaker - AR82.62-P-7839SX

REMOVING Removing     
1 Remove rear shelf On model 221.0/1 without code (Z07) Top protection, without code (540) Electric rear window roller blind. AR68.30-P-4580SX
On model 221.0/1 without code (Z07) Top protection, with code (540) Electric rear window roller blind, only remove front section. AR68.30-P-4580SX
Model 216.3 only remove front section. AR68.30-P-4580SC
2 Remove screws from roller blind On vehicles with code (540) Electric rear window roller blind.

3 Unlock catch hooks (arrows) of the bass module speaker (H4/17)    
4 Remove bass module speaker (H4/17) from the guides until the electrical connectors (1) can be disconnected IMPORTANT For vehicles with code (540) Electric rear window roller blind, the roller blind must be raised.  
5 Release cable tie (3) and expose electrical wiring harness (2) of bass module speaker (H4/17)    
6 Disconnect electrical connectors (1) on the left and right at the bass module speaker (H4/17)    
7 Remove bass module speaker (H4/17)    
INSTALLING Install     
8 Contact electrical connectors (1) at the left and right on the bass module speaker (H4/17)    
9 Route electrical wiring harness (2) at the bass module speaker (H4/17) and affix with cable ties (3)    
10 Insert bass module speaker (H4/17) in the guides and clip in IMPORTANT Pull down catch hooks (arrows) of bass module speaker (H4/17) using pulling hook until the catch hooks (arrows) audibly engage on the body.  
SPECIAL TOOL Fig 2
11 Align the roller blind and tighten with screws On vehicles with code (540) Electric rear window roller blind.

12 Install rear shelf IMPORTANT Align sound deadening mat if necessary.
