	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  to skin or eyes from hydraulic fluid spraying out under pressure. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing hydraulic fluid.	Depressurize hydraulic system completely before starting any work on it. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS00.00-Z-0013-01A
1	Remove engine cover
2	Suction off oil from power steering expansion reservoir (1)	The area surrounding the separation point should be cleaned thoroughly before opening the hydraulic system. Even the smallest dirt particles, introduced into the hydraulic components, can lead to malfunctions and a total failure of the hydraulic system.

3	Open clamp (3) and disconnect pipeline (4)	Collect escaping oil with rags and seal connections immediately. Replace clamp (3).
		Record plug	Figure
4	Open clamp (5) and detach hose (6) from power steering expansion reservoir (1)	Collect escaping oil with rags and seal connections immediately. Replace clamp (5).

5	Remove bolts (2) of power steering expansion reservoir (1)	MODEL 172, 204, 207	*BA46.30-P-1003-01R
		MODEL 212	*BA46.30-P-1003-01T
6	Remove power steering expansion reservoir (1) together with pipeline (4) upwards
7	Detach pipeline (4) from power steering expansion reservoir (1)	When replacing power steering expansion reservoir (1).
8	Install in the reverse order
9	Fill power steering pump and bleed	MODEL 172	AR46.30-P-0010V
		MODEL 204, 207	AR46.30-P-0010CW
		MODEL 212	AR46.30-P-0010EW
10	Check oil level in power steering expansion reservoir (1), correct if necessary
		MODEL 172	AP46.00-P-4611V
		MODEL 204	AP46.00-P-4612CW
		MODEL 207 except CODE 211 (Direct steering)	AP46.00-P-4612CC
		MODEL 212 except CODE 211 (Direct steering)	AP46.00-P-4612EW
