Operation step 5 and 6

	Remove/install
1.1	Disconnect ground line for on-board electrical system battery (G1)	Model 204.0/2 with engine 642, 646	AR54.10-P-0003CW
1.2	Remove on-board electrical system battery	Model 204.0/2 except engine 642, 646, model 204.3/9	AR54.10-P-0005CW
2	Remove battery frame from on-board electrical system battery	Model 204.0/2/3 except engine 642, 646, model 204.3/9

3	Unclip air duct (1) (arrow A) and remove	Model 204.0/2 with engine 642, 646
4	Unclip cover (2) from front electrical prefuse box (F32)
5	Remove electrical cables (3)	The number of electrical lines (3) differs depending on the equipment. The electrical lines (3) are coded.

6	Remove electrical cables (4)	The electrical lines (4) are coded.
			*BA54.15-P-1002-01A
7	Unclip front electrical prefuse box (F32) (arrows B), pull upwards out of the guides (10) and place to one side	Pay attention to correct seating of the front electrical prefuse box (F32) in the guides (10).
8	Disconnect electrical connectors (5, 6, 7)
9	Unlock cover (8) on bottom of the front electrical prefuse box (F32) (arrows C) and open
10	Mark electrical lines (9)
11	Remove electrical cables (9)	Do not swap electrical lines (9) or electrical components may be damaged.
12	Remove front electrical prefuse box (F32)
13	Install in the reverse order
