| 1 | Move steering column all the way forward and all the way up | Only when removing driver seat. | |
| 2 | Move front seat (1) forward and fully upwards | ||
| 3 | Release inner rear cover (3) by pulling in direction of arrow (a) and pull off from guide rail towards rear | ||
| 4 | Release outer rear cover (5) by pulling in direction of arrow (b) and pull off from outer front cover (6) and guide rail towards rear | ||
| 5 | Remove screw/bolts (9) | *BA91.10-P-1001-01K | |
| 6 | Position front seat (1) to rear | ||
| 7 | Release outer front cover (6) by pulling in direction of arrow (d) and pull off from guide rail towards front | ||
| 8 | Release inner front cover (10) by pulling in direction of arrow (c) and pull off from guide rail towards front | ||
| 9 | Remove screw/bolts (11) | Before tightening, position all screws/bolts (9, 11) at the guide rails. Otherwise the front seat (1) cannot be installed free of tension. |

| 11 | Tilt back front seat (1) | ||
| 12 | Unclip electrical line (14) from front seat (1) and disconnect electrical connectors (12, 13) | ||
| 13 | Cover center console, door sill and steering wheel | ||

| 14 | Remove front seat (1) from the vehicle through the door cutout for the front door | Carefully remove front seat (1) with an assistant from the vehicle. Otherwise components in the vehicle interior or at the front door or the sill may be damaged. |

| 16 | Install in the reverse order |
