| 1 | Disconnect battery ground line | AR54.10-P-0003RK | |
| 2 | Fold back floor covering (3) | Fold back the floor covering (3) carefully. The foam filling of the floor covering (3) can otherwise tear. |

| 3 | Unscrew nuts (2) and remove footrest (1) | ||
| 4 | Remove screw/bolts (5) | ||
| 5 | Release detent (6) using a screwdriver and pull front prefuse box (F32) to right off bracket (4) | ||
| 6 | Disconnect electrical connector (7) | ||
| 7 | Detach cover (11) from front prefuse box (F32) | Fig 4 | |
| 8 | Detach electrical lines from terminal studs (14, 15) at front prefuse box (F32) | *BA54.15-P-1001-01A | |

| 9 | Fold up cover (13) | ||
| 10 | Detach electrical lines from terminal studs (16, 17) at front prefuse box (F32) | *BA54.15-P-1001-01A | |

| 11 | Disconnect electrical connector (8) from front prefuse box (F32) | ||
| 12 | Disconnect electrical connector of electrical lines (9, 10) from front prefuse box (F32) | ||
| 13 | Remove front prefuse box (F32) | ||
| 14 | Install in the reverse order |
