	Remove/install
1	Remove cover (6)
2	Eliminate vacuum in BAS brake booster (A77)	To do this, press the brake pedal several times with the engine switched off.
3	Remove rubber seal (3) in working area
4	Pull vacuum line (2) with check valve (1) out of BAS brake booster (A7/7)	Replace seal.
5.1	Detach vacuum line (2) from connection fitting (5) and remove with line guide (4)	MODEL 231 with ENGINE 276 When unlocking the locks in the direction of the arrow.
5.2	Detach vacuum line (2) from connection fitting (5a, 5b) and remove with line guide (4)	MODEL 231 with ENGINE 157, 278, 279 When unlocking the locks in the direction of the arrow.
6	Install in the reverse order
7	Carry out brake test on the test stand		AP42.00-P-4290BA
