	Remove/install
	Notes on avoiding damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
1.1	Buffer basic data of the PTS control unit (N62) in STAR DIAGNOSIS	When installing new Parktronic control unit (N62). Transfer the temporarily stored basic data to the new Parktronic control unit (N62).
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
2	Switch off ignition and withdraw transmitter key or Keyless Go start/stop button from the EIS [EZS] control unit	Keyless Go start/stop button only for vehicles with code (889) Keyless Go.
3	Loosen panel in side of luggage compartment (3) and swivel to one side until the PTS control unit (N62) is accessible	Do not bend the hinge arm passage frame (2) otherwise the plastic will become discolored.
		Vehicles without code (Z07) Top protection	AR68.30-P-4600SX
		Vehicles with code (Z07) Top protection	AR68.30-P-4600SXS
4	Separate electrical connectors on the PTS control unit (N62)
5	Remove PTS control unit (N62)
6	Install in the reverse order
