| 1 | Unclip fuse box (1) on instrument panel | Fig 2 | |
| 2 | Take out insulation mat (2) | ||
| 3 | Loosen cover under instrument panel (4) and place to one side with electrical lines connected | AR68.10-P-1500SX | |
| 4 | Unscrew bolt (3) | ||
| 5 | Remove bracket (5) with additional battery (G1/7) and central gateway control unit (N93) downwards with electrical lines connected | ||
| 6 | Remove additional battery (G1/7) with electrical lines connected from the bracket (5) | ||
| 7 | Disconnect electrical connectors (6) from additional battery (G1/7) | ||
| 8 | Install in the reverse order |
