	Removing
	Notes on avoiding damage to windshields and windows of special protection vehicles		AH67.00-P-0003-01FB
1	Remove cover (1) of Night View Assist camera (B84/2)	Compress cover (1) carefully at the side cutouts, fold down and remove.
	Clean
2	Clean lens (2a) of Night View Assist camera (B84/2)	Clean objective (2a) with microfiber cloth in circular movements.

3	Clean lens tube body (2b)	Wind microfiber cloth round a match or similar aid and remove dirt from the grooves of the lens tube body (2b).

4	Clean the inside and outside of the windshield in the area in front of the Night View Assist camera (B84/2)	Model 221 with code Z07 Top protection: In order to avoid damaging the polycarbonate glazing, only use water with a low portion of mild detergent or soap. Only clean with a soft clean chamois leather and low pressure. Cover the lens (2a) of the Night View Assist camera (B84/2) before applying the cleaning medium. No cleaning medium may reach the lens (2a). Model 221 without maximum protection, model 216: Use MB-car glass cleaning agent and clean, soft, lint-free cloths.
	Install
5	Mount cover (1) of Night View Assist camera (B84/2) and fold up until it latches in position
