It is also possible to order the illuminated door sill molding with the lettering "AMG".

	Removal
	Hazard  from contact with parts conducting high voltages.	Do no touch parts conducting high voltages. Persons who wear electronic implants (e.g. heart pacemakers) must not perform any work on these components.
1	Connect quiescent current retention unit.		*WH58.30-Z-1012-09A
2	Disconnect ground cable of battery
3	Remove rear seat cushion
		With bucket seats.
4	Remove right and left backrest side paneling
5	Remove stowage box in rear seats	Only on vehicles with right and left multi-contour backrest
6	Fold back insulating mat below right rear seat
7	Remove control module bracket under right-hand rear seat
8	Remove rear fuse and relay box
9	Remove inner door sill moldings in rear
10	Remove outer door sill moldings in rear	Prepare for further processing
11	Remove inner front door sill moldings
12	Remove outer front door sill moldings	Prepare for further processing
	Install
13	Retrofit illuminated door sill molding wiring harness		AZ82.20-P-0001-02G
14	Retrofit illuminated door sill moldings (1, 3)		AZ82.20-P-0001-01B
15	Carry out function check	By activating the door contact switch the illuminated door sill molding is activated. The illuminated door sill moldings switch off automatically after approx. 5 minutes.
16	Fit remaining parts to vehicle
