Remove/install hydraulic line of power steering - AR46.25-P-3015SXB

MODEL 221.0/1 power steering return line, without electrohydraulic power steering (EHPS) 

MODEL 216 power steering return line, without electrohydraulic power steering (EHPS)

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
    NOTES Before opening the hydraulic system the area surrounding the separation point should be cleaned thoroughly. Even the smallest dirt particles, introduced into the hydraulic components, can lead to malfunctions and a total failure of the hydraulic system.  
1.1 Remove air filter housing Engine 272, 273 without code (487) Active Body Control (ABC) AR09.10-P-1150SX

1.2 Remove engine trim panel Engine 642 AR01.10-P-2405SXI
2 Suction off oil from expansion reservoir (2) SPECIAL TOOL Figure
3 Remove bottom engine compartment paneling Model 216, model 221 without code (Z07) Top protection AR61.20-P-1105SX
Model 221 with code (Z07) Top protection AR61.20-P-1105SXS
4 Remove diesel particulate filter Engine 629 AR14.40-P-1000SXJ
5 Remove heat shield over left longitudinal member IMPORTANT Engine 275: Attach engine lifting device and raise engine slightly: ↓  
Attach engine lifting device. AR33.10-P-0105SX
6 Detach bracket (4) of return line (1) from longitudinal member    
7 Detach bracket (5) of return line (1) from front axle carrier    
8 Detach retaining plate from rack-and-pinion steering and pull return line (1) out of rack-and-pinion steering TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 221 with code (487) Active Body Control (ABC) *BA46.30-P-1012-01N 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 221 without code (487) Active Body Control (ABC) *BA46.30-P-1012-01F 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 216 except engine 156 and engine 273.968 *BA46.30-P-1011-01Q

9 Detach clamp (3) of return line (1) on connecting line and detach return line (1) SPECIAL TOOL Figure
10 Remove return line (1)    
11 Install in the reverse order    
12 Fill power steering pump and bleed   AR46.30-P-0010SX
