Remove/install hydraulic line of power steering - AR46.25-P-3015SXA

MODEL 221.0/1 (except 221.028/128/176/179) power steering pressure line, without electrohydraulic power steering (EHPS) 

MODEL 216 (except 216.379) power steering pressure line, without electrohydraulic power steering (EHPS)

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
    NOTES Before opening the hydraulic system the area surrounding the separation point should be cleaned thoroughly. Even the smallest dirt particles, introduced into the hydraulic components, can lead to malfunctions and a total failure of the hydraulic system.  
1.1 Remove left engine intake air duct and front engine cover See remove/install air filter housing:  
Engine 156 AR09.10-P-1150SMG
Engine 272, 273 AR09.10-P-1150SX
1.2 Remove the left engine intake air duct Engine 275  
1.3 Remove engine trim panel Engine 642 AR01.10-P-2405SXI
2 Suction off oil from expansion reservoir (2) of power steering SPECIAL TOOL Figure
3 Extract oil from ABC expansion reservoir Vehicles with code (487) Active Body Control (ABC)

4 Remove ABC expansion reservoir Vehicles with code (487) Active Body Control (ABC) AR32.50-P-0022SX
5 Detach pressure line (1) from power steering pump SPECIAL TOOL Figure
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 221 with code (487) Active Body Control (ABC) except model 221.077/177 *BA46.30-P-1005-01N

6 Remove bottom engine compartment paneling   AR61.20-P-1105SX
7 Detach bracket (3) of pressure line (1) on engine oil pan    
8 Detach clamp (5) from rack-and-pinion steering    
9 Remove bolt (4) from retaining plate TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 221 with code (487) Active Body Control (ABC) except model 221.077/177 *BA46.30-P-1012-01N 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 221 without code (487) Active Body Control (ABC) and model 216.386 *BA46.30-P-1012-01F 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 216 except 216.377/386 *BA46.30-P-1011-01Q 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 216.377, 221.077/177 *BA46.30-P-1010-01O 
10 Remove pressure line (1)    
11 Install in the reverse order    
12 Fill power steering pump and bleed   AR46.30-P-0010SX
