Remove/install low temperature water circuit radiator - AR09.41-P-6935SXH

ENGINE 272.974 in MODEL 221.095/195

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove right engine intake air duct upstream of left air filter    
2 Remove expansion clip (7) from engine radiator    
3 Remove right air ducting (6)    
4 Remove front section of lower engine compartment paneling   AR61.20-P-1105SX
5 Unclip electrical circulation pump from bracket below on the alternator and set aside   AR09.41-P-6925SXH 
6 Remove lower air ducting (5)    
7 Drain coolant on low-temperature cooler (9)   AR20.00-P-1142SX
NOTES Notes on coolant AH20.00-N-2080-01A
8 Remove coolant hoses (9r, 9z) on low temperature cooler (9)    
9 Press bracket (9h) upwards and unclip low temperature cooler (9) from engine radiator    
10 Unhook low temperature cooler (9) from engine radiator and raise low temperature cooler (9) somewhat    
11 Take low temperature cooler (9) down and out    
12 Install in the reverse order    
13 Pour in coolant   AR20.00-P-1142SX
14 Inspect cooling system for leaks   AR20.00-P-1010SX
DANGER Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

15 Conduct engine test run and inspect cooling system for leaks
