Remove/install AIRmatic central reservoir - AR32.22-P-2017GQ

MODEL 166.0 with CODE 489 (Airmatic (air suspension with level adjustment and adaptive damping system ADS))

	Remove/install
	Notes on AIRmatic		AH32.22-P-1000-02GZ
1	Raise vehicle using vehicle lift until the wheels are clear of the ground		AR00.60-P-1000GZ
2	Empty AIRmatic using STAR DIAGNOSIS
			AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		Empty and fill the AIRmatic as per the specifications; the complete wheels must not be touching the ground. The air springs can otherwise be damaged and fail later.
3	Remove load compartment floor and expose central reservoir (1a)
4	Remove right side of panel in trunk		AR68.30-P-4800GQ
5	Detach bracket (2) of electrical feed line from threaded pin
6	Unscrew nuts (3) and remove central reservoir (1b)	Nut, central reservoir to wheelhouse	*BA32.22-P-1010-03B
7	Detach pressure lines (4) from central reservoir (1a, 1b)	Seal connections with blind plugs.
		Leak detection spray for USA	*BR00.45-Z-1004-03A
		Pressure line of air suspension to central reservoir	*BA32.22-P-1009-03B
		Leak detection spray Socket wrench bit	*BR00.45-Z-1002-03A
		Knife Check pressure lines (4) and pressure line connections for signs of damage, if necessary: ↓ Repair AIRmatic pressure line connection.	Figure

8	Install in the reverse order
	Check
9	Check AIRmatic for leaks		AR32.22-P-8100GZ
