Remove/install expansion valve - AR83.30-P-5520GQ

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Drain air conditioning system   AR83.30-P-1760CW 
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Evacuate air conditioning system, refill it and check it for proper operation and leaktightness.
2 Remove water collector   AR83.25-P-1402GQ 
3 Remove cover (2)    
4 Detach intake line (5) and pressure line (4) at expansion valve (1) INSTALLATION NOTES
The nuts of the lines (4, 5) must not be tightened too tight.
Otherwise the expansion valve (1) or the lines (4, 5) may be damaged.
 
5 Pull suction line (5) and pressure line (4) out of expansion valve (1) and seal    
REFER TO CAPACITIES & SPECIFICATIONS Compressor oils (specification 362.0)

INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Replace sealing rings of lines (4, 5) and coat with compressor oil.
6 Remove bolt (3) INSTALLATION NOTES
Alternately screw in screws/bolts (3).
This serves to prevent the expansion valve (1) from tilting.
 
7 Remove expansion valve (1) and seal connection lines on air conditioner housing    
REFER TO CAPACITIES & SPECIFICATIONS Compressor oils (specification 362.0)

IMPORTANT Lift up gasket (6) (arrow).
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Replace sealing rings of connection lines at air conditioner housing and coat with compressor oil. Moisten thread of screws/bolts (3) with compressor oil.
8 Install in the reverse order
