After completing work on the hydraulic section of the brake system and before starting the engine, actuate the brake pedal several times until pressure is built up in the brake system.
When pressure is built up in the brake system, the brake pedal must be held in this position for approx. 30 s to ensure that the pressure in the brake system does not drop.
