	Remove/install
1	Remove partition wall between wheel wells	MOTOR 276.8 im TYP 251
			AR62.30-P-2400RT
2	Remove upper engine cover	Ensure correct seating of the engine cover.
3	Remove right and left engine air intake duct upstream of air filter
4	Remove screw/bolt (4) and take out clamp	Screw/bolt, charge air pipe to turbocharger	*BA09.41-P-1006-01R
5	Remove screw/bolt (3)
6	Loosen clamps (2)
7	Detach charge air pipe on the right and left (1r, 1l) from turbocharger and charge air cooler	Seal openings on charge air cooler and turbocharger.

8	Remove right and left charge air pipe (1r, 1l) from engine compartment
9	Detach pipe (5) from right or left charge air pipe (1r, 1l)	When replacing the right and left charge air pipe (1r, 1l)
	Check
10	Check boots, seals and clamp for damage	Replace if necessary.
11	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
12	Carry out an engine test run, checking the engine for proper operation and leaktightness
