1	Remove front engine cover
2	Slacken poly-V belt and remove		AR13.22-P-3902-02MM
2	Slacken poly-V belt and remove	Do not use belt wax or similar products. This can lead to slipping of the poly-V belt. To do so, swivel clamping device (1) at hexagon (4) counterclockwise, remove poly-V belt and detension clamping device (1). Observe poly-V belt routing diagram.	AR13.22-P-3902-02MM

3	Check belt pulley sections, the tensioning device (1) and the guide pulley (2)	Check for damage, wear and dirt; replace if necessary.
4	Check poly-V belt

		ENGINE 276 in MODEL 207 Check for damage, wear and dirt; replace if necessary.	AP13.22-P-1352EW
	Only perform steps 5 through 8 for remove/install of clamping device (1)
5	Lock clamping device (1)	Swivel clamping device (1) at hexagon (4) counterclockwise and lock in place using drift (5).
6	Remove screw/bolts on clamping device (1)	Screw/bolt, poly-V belt tensioning device to timing case cover	*BA13.25-P-1001-01X
7	Remove clamping device (1) upwards
8	Slacken clamping device (1)	When replacing the clamping device (1) Clamp clamping device (1) in a vise, swivel at hexagon (4) in a clockwise direction, pull out drift (5) and slacken clamping device (1). The clamping device (1) can only be installed when locked.
	Only perform operation steps 9 and 10 for remove/install of the guide pulley (2)
9	Remove bolt of guide pulley (2)	Screw/bolt, guide pulley to carrier	*BA13.25-P-1003-01X
10	Remove guide pulley (2)
11	Install in the reverse order
