Test sequence augmented/revised

	Remove/install
		If necessary the vacuum line (2) can be separated at the separation point (9). Both sections of the vacuum line (2) can be removed separately.
1	Operate the brake pedal several times when the engine is switched off	In order to reduce vacuum in brake booster (A7/7).
2	Open engine hood and raise to vertical position	Model 204
		Model 207	AR88.40-P-1000EW
3	Pull vacuum line (2) with check valve (1) out of rubber seal (3) of brake booster (A7/7)	Replace rubber seal (3).
4	Loosen rubber piping (4) from firewall and place to one side
5	Unclip release lug (5) and remove cover (6) upwards
6	Remove vacuum line (2) from bracket
7.1	Remove engine trim panel	Engine 271, 642: Pull off the engine cover upward. Installation engine 642:  Ignition switched off.

7.2	Remove air filter housing	Engine 156	AR09.10-P-1150CMG
8	Pull off vacuum line (2) at connection fitting (8) and remove	To do this, press the locks (arrows).
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Carry out brake test on brake dynamometer		AP42.00-P-4290BA
