	Remove/install
		Replace self-locking bolts and nuts.
1	Remove rear wheel		AP40.10-P-4050CW
2	Remove cover (3) on spring control arm (4)	Press together locks (6e) of cover (6f) with sleeve (inside diameter 9 mm) or 9 mm box wrench (arrow).
3	Disconnect electrical connector on damper (7)	Vehicles with code (483) ADVANCED AGILITY package
4	Remove inner fender from rear fender
5	Clamping rear spring	Model 204.2	AR32.20-P-0200-06CW

7	Loosen spring control arm (4) on rear axle carrier and lower	Model 204.2	AR35.20-P-0114CW
8	Remove rear spring	Model 204.2
9	Unscrew nut (5)		*BA32.25-P-1001-03M
10	Remove bolt (6) from spring control arm (4)	Model 204.9: To remove the bolt (6) raise wheel carrier using telescopic lifter.
11.1	Remove side paneling in trunk
		Model 204.0/3	AR68.30-P-4600CW
		Model 207.3	AR68.30-P-4600EC
11.2	Remove interior lining on side of cargo area	Model 204.9	AR68.30-P-1180CY
11.3	Remove guide rail for load compartment cover	Model 204.2	AR68.30-P-1100CX
12	Unscrew nuts (1) from support bushing (2)		*BA32.25-P-1002-03M
13	Remove shock absorber (7)	Model 204.0/3, 207: Compress damper (7) and move out backwards over the brake hose.
	Checking
14	Check shock absorber (7)	Replace if necessary.	AR32.25-P-0121CW
15	Check support bushing (2) for damage	Replace if necessary.
	Only carry out steps 16 to 18 when replacing the shock absorber (7)
16	Unscrew nut (8) from piston rod (9)		*BA32.25-P-1003-03M
17	Remove support bushing (2)
18	Remove stop buffer with protective cap
19	Install in the reverse order
