Remove/install vacuum reservoir - AR07.09-P-0001CD

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
DANGER Risk of death  when working on component parts and systems with U >= 30 V alternating voltage (AC) or U >= 60 V direct voltage (DC) Do not touch damaged or defective live component parts and lines or noninsulated electrical connections and lines. AS00.00-Z-0035-01A
1 Remove cylinder head cover trim    
2 Unhook coolant hose from holder    
3 Unhook vacuum line in brake booster (5) on vacuum reservoir (6) (arrow) ENGINE 651 in MODEL 212.098/298  
4 Detach vacuum hose (1)    
5 Mark vacuum hoses (3) IMPORTANT For diagnostic reasons the vacuum hoses must not be swapped around.  
6 Mark vacuum hoses (3) and unclip at vacuum reservoir (6) and detach INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Observe marking on vacuum hoses (3).  
7 Remove screw/bolts (2) and remove vacuum reservoir (6) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, support brace for vacuum reservoir and exhaust heat exchanger to Y-support brace *BA14.20-P-1006-01K 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, vacuum reservoir to vacuum reservoir bracket or vacuum reservoir support brace and exhaust heat exchanger *BA14.20-P-1018-01K 
8 Install in the reverse order    
EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION

BA14.20-P-1006-01K Bolt, support brace for vacuum reservoir and exhaust heat exchanger to Y-support brace Nm 9
EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION

BA14.20-P-1018-01K Bolt, vacuum reservoir to vacuum reservoir bracket or vacuum reservoir support brace and exhaust heat exchanger Nm 8
